We bring over 25 years of UK and International experience having worked at both an International Project and Cost Management firms and more recently at a global Engineering, Design and Project Delivery firm.

Our range of experience spans across a number of sectors and building typologies. Typically, the R6 Consulting role commences early into the project lifecycle to ensure that the project definition and implementation strategy are completely aligned and effective in delivering the planned project. During the implementation phase, we collaborate with the delivery team, proactively manage the projects and provide an independent and accurate appraisal of the project with an emphasis on safeguarding the clients’ interests prior to closeout and handover.
